The SOE PI 34 site maintains information on courses and instructors. Each semester instructors are asked to upload or update their teaching profile, CV, and course syllabus. Instructions for completing these are listed below. See referenced memo's
About your Profile
Access to the system is restricted to people teaching or supervising in the program. CV and syllabus documents should be file format types: Microsoft Word (.doc), PDF, or RTF (rich text format) |
Uploading Syllabus / Updating Profile and C.V.
Note: If you need a portfolio system account, click on Account Set Up above.
LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Click
button in grey menu bar above
PI34 website address http://portfolios.education.wisc.edu
- Enter your campus id (10 digits) and password
UPLOAD / UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS:
....from the MAIN MENU
- Click on ‘Staff’
- Click on ‘Your Course List'
- Select the current term, and intended course section. The screen below right should appear.

View Information for Course, Student, and Course Management |
Under Course Management go to:
- Syllabus: Click on Upload.
- Other Supporting Documents
If you have them (see below) click View/Edit/Upload
- Instructor/Supervisor Info and Curriculum Vita:
- Click on View/Edit/Upload link
- Complete the profile information
- Upload a CV, click on Upload Vita, then
- Click on View to check document
Notes:
- Documents should be a.Microsoft Word document (.doc), pdf, or in rich text format (RTF)
- Document needs to have a 3 letter extension of .doc, .pdf or .rtf
