Setting Standards for All Students

Evaluate students by course

Step 1: Access Your Students in Portfolio Project

1. Go to http://portfolios.education.wisc.edu
2. Select Login button
   • Enter 10-digit campus id and password
     
3. Click on Staff
4. Click on Your Course List
5. Select the appropriate term and course number section
6. Under Your Students: Give Feedback, Set Standards, click on the Portfolios link

Step 2: Set Values for All Students

As a convenience, you can use Set Values for All Students then use Set Values for Individual Students to change individuals as needed.

1. Click on link to Set Standards for All Students link
2. In the Evaluation Screen click on the Standards pull down options
3. Set values: I = Insufficent, S = Sufficient, E = Exemplory
4. Click on the button
   
5. Your values are saved and will be displayed in the student list, under the Standards columns.
6. Update individual students as needed, click here for instuctions. (See box right.)

Be sure to log out when session is complete.
